New York City is the place where you can see a lot of the world’s largest things. There was the world’s largest LEGO model — an X-Wing Starfighter spaceship from Star Wars — that LEGO and LucasFilms displayed in Times Square in May 2013. The biggest solar-powered boat on Earth, the “Turanor PlanetSolar” docked in New York in June 2013. And in 2015 or 2016, a giant 625-foot tall Ferris wheel called the New York Wheel will open on Staten Island! (“They like it. They wheely like it,” wrote New York Daily News reporter Casey Tolan.)

But today, let’s take a road trip to find a totally different example of one of our Big Things To See in the USA… now first off, let’s establish something: do you like candy? Do you REALLY like candy?
